Delete your Najma account and data

You can delete your Najma account and all of its data at any time. Deleting can’t be undone.
In the app
- Open Settings › Account.
- Tap Delete account and data.
- Tick I understand this can’t be undone, then tap Delete everything.
The app then starts fresh, as if newly installed.
If you no longer have the app
Email privacy@jinbotstudios.com with the subject “Delete my Najma account”. If you linked your account with Apple or Google, send it from that email address so we can find your account. We’ll confirm once it’s done, within 30 days.
What is deleted
Everything stored with your account, from our servers and from the phone:
- your prayer log, streak and badges
- days you paused tracking
- your qada estimate, plan and progress
- Ramadan fasts, Quran reading progress and night plans
- saved duas and settings
Nothing is kept afterwards, except analytics events and crash reports, which were never linked to your account and expire on their own (see the privacy policy).
Your subscription
Deleting your account doesn’t cancel a subscription. Cancel it first in your App Store or Google Play account settings so you aren’t charged again.
